To Blog or Not To Blog

To Blog or Not To Blog

That is often the question.  I wrote about this some time ago, asking just who has the time to blog, blog, blog, on a regular basis?  So many posts, so many topics, so many things to discuss!  And isn't writing a time-consuming process?  And, if your writing/blogging habits are anything like mine, then there's the rewrite and the edit and rethink after the initial composition.

Let Me Get Back To You On That

Let Me Get Back To You On That

Earlier this evening, while watching the Yankee game, reading e-mail, working on a project due any moment now . . . I was also speaking with a friend who holds a Ph.D in Psychology and wrote a thesis on Procrastination.  The topic of conversation had turned to that very subject.  Let me tell you more about that.

But I'll have to do that later.

Another Year (older? wiser?)

Note to readers: this post began composition on the eve of Rosh Hashanah.  But life trumps blogging, and it managed to take a few days to make it to the blog as a published post.  So go back in time a few days for proper timeline perspective, and read to your heart's (eyes?) delight.  Shana Tovah to all.

Freeware? Shareware? Open Source Development and the Economic Distribution Model

This post appeared on a blog ("Billable Ours") that ran for a short period of time during 2004.  It continues to get search engine hits, so we chose to leave it up as a linkable archive item.  Spammers and other such evil types attacked that blog in an attempt to do their evil exploits, so the blog and the site are down, and the post has a new life, here,  on the DeanLand blog.
